The AquaShield First Sip Promise

If your AquaShield does not give you the best tasting water you have had from a tap, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We collect it at our cost and refund the full purchase price, even though it has been installed and used.

What the promise needs

• The purifier was installed by Andy Plumbers or a qualified plumber. Keep the invoice.
• It was installed and flushed as set out in the installation guide.
• It comes back complete and undamaged.

A purifier that is fitted wrongly will not taste right: a drain line on the wrong port, a membrane in backwards. That is not something the product can fix, which is why the promise depends on the installation.

Fitted it yourself? Plenty of people do, and your purifier is still fully covered if it is faulty, damaged or the wrong item. The taste promise applies only to purifiers a plumber fitted. Andy Plumbers installs across Johannesburg. See installation.

What is not covered: damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or modification.

Everything else in the shop

• 30 days from delivery to return anything unused, in its original packaging.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong: we collect at our cost and replace or refund.
• Six months' cover against defects under the Consumer Protection Act.
