1. The AquaShield requires a pressure control valve for optimal performance. Most homes already have one installed. If your home does not have a suitable pressure control valve, our installation technician will assess the situation on-site. An additional fee of R350.00 will apply for the installation of a dedicated valve for the AquaShield.

2. Prices listed are valid for locations within a 35km radius of our offices. An additional charge of R12.50 per kilometre will apply for locations outside this radius.

3. If you currently have a backup supply tank with a booster pump, the AquaShield Turbo is required. This model includes a booster pump to ensure consistent pressure between the tank’s booster pump and the AquaShield.

4. The AquaShield Turbo requires an electrical plug point for the operation of its booster pump. If a suitable plug point is not available, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for its installation by a qualified electrician.

5. If you don’t think the AquaShield is the best tasting water you have had out of a tap – then we will give your money back. Just send the purifier back and we will refund you – no questions asked.

6. If you are a tenant, written permission from your landlord is required before the AquaShield can be installed.

Delivery is usually between 24 – 72 hours in and around major cities.
