How long does delivery take?

Orders paid online ship within 24 hours. Major cities usually see the box within 2 to 3 working days, rural areas 3 to 5. Tracking from The Courier Guy arrives by email the moment it is collected.

Is delivery free?

On orders of R1 500 or more to a street address in a city, town or suburb, or to any Courier Guy counter, yes. Below that the checkout shows the live courier rate before you pay. Media bags, vessels and tanks are never free: a 25 kg bag to Cape Town costs more than it earns, so the checkout quotes the real rate. Farms, plots, hospitals, power stations and major chain stores are a special trip at the fee the courier charges us, R488,75 or R789,50 for chain stores, never free.

Yes, from 252b Smit Street, Randburg, once the order is paid. We message you when it is ready, usually within one working day. Collection is free.
