Shipping, Delivery and Payment Options

1. Why do I pay for shipping?

  • In the spirit of transparency, we’ve separated our product prices and shipping costs to offer you the best possible savings. Including shipping fees in the selling price would inflate the overall cost, and we believe in honesty and clear communication with our customers.

2. How much do I pay for shipping?

  • We provide free national FREE shipping which is Door-to-Door to all Major Cities, Towns, Suburbs, and The Courier Guy Depots.
  • Special fees apply for specific locations:
    • Farms, Plots, Hospitals, and Power Stations: R488.75 per delivery.
    • Major Chain Stores: R789.50 per delivery.

3. What are my shipping options?

  • Standard Courier (Door-to-Door): Not available for PO Boxes. Ensure a valid street address is provided, or choose to deliver to your nearest The Courier Guy depot for collection.
  • Special trips for Farms, Plots, Hospitals, and Power Stations.
  • Special trips for Major Chain Stores.

4. Where do I get tracking information?

  • Once dispatched and collected by The Courier Guy, you will receive an email with all your tracking information.
  • All orders are fully traceable on The Courier Guys website at https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track

5. When will my order be shipped and delivered?

  • Orders placed online and paid via the PayFast or OZOW online payment portal are usually shipped within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed online and paid via EFT will only be shipped once payment reflects in our bank account. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
  • Deliveries are done from Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
  • Deliveries to local and main areas are usually delivered within 2-3 working days, and national and rural areas within 3-5 working days.

6. Can I collect my order?

  • Clients may also collect their purchases directly from us. There may be a waiting period of 1-3 business days after placing the order, depending on if the item is in stock or requires assembly or manufacturing. Please call us beforehand if you’d like to arrange a pickup. We will inform you via email once your order is ready for collection.
  • All orders need to be placed and paid before collection can be arranged. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

7. What are my payment options?

  • Online card payment through the PayFast Online Portal.
  • EFT payment to Standard Bank.
