Every borehole job starts with a SANS 241 analysis. Chemistry tells us about iron, manganese, hardness, salts and pH; microbiology tells us about coliforms and bacteria.

Read your SANS 241 report against this table. Each stage is a kit in the shop, priced live, and most Johannesburg boreholes need two or three of them, not all.

The limits are SANS 241 where it sets one; hardness has no SANS limit, and scale shows from about 200 mg/L. Fitted by Andy Plumbers, borehole treatment runs R15 000 to R250 000 depending on what the report asks for. Every kit ships nationwide at the quoted courier rate.
